Fees for Service

New Client Assessment

(50 mins in length) – $125

This will include collecting client history and information, identifying goals for treatment, client needs and strengths and working on initial client goals.

Current Client Session

(50 mins in length) – $125

This includes working on current goals, discussing coping skills, validating strengths, working through loss and grief, safety planning, trauma, anxiety, depressive symptoms, problems solving skills or psychological concerns related to bullying.

Discharge Client Session

(50 mins in length) – $125

This optional session allows for clients to celebrate their therapy, validate their strengths, and completed goals, discuss any skills as needed, do solution focused therapy as needed for specific and targeted needs/concerns. Discharge planning can include safety planning for future concerns/thoughts, include distress numbers, additional community resources, and summary of skills, therapy achieved in sessions.

Same Day Appointments – Current Clients

 It can be difficult to book appointments ahead of time, particularly if you are a shift worker, a single parent or just dipping your toe into your therapy goals- for current clients only Kellyanne does offer same day appointments on Sundays and Fridays (VIRTUAL ONLY).

 These are available by request only and while Kellyanne does her best to accommodate appointments are not guaranteed. You must have completed an initial appointment to be considered a current client and these appointments are not for crisis work- please utilize the distress line or emergency services for crisis support.

 Please email Kellyanne the morning of Sunday or Friday state which appointment times you are available for and Kellyanne will slot you in if feasible or offer a different option as needed.

Sundays 2-3 PM, 3-4 PM Virtual

Fridays 4-5 PM,-6- 7 PM Virtual

Sliding Scale

We understand the current economical challenges so we have now made our sliding scale rate our base rate so that no one needs to ask.

Insurance / Benefits

Payment is made at the end of each counselling session and you will be provided with an official receipt to obtain reimbursement from your insurance provider should you be using benefits.

Kellyanne is a NIHB provider and directs bills to Non Insured Health Benefits for clients who are appliable (Inuit, Status Indian). Please note: if you do have Status you are applicable for twenty sessions a year as well as two hours of counselling assessment.
