Parole, Probation & Mandated Counselling

Support. Accountability. Healing. Moving Forward.

Parole, probation, and court- or corrections-mandated counselling can be an integral part of moving forward while meeting the requirements of community supervision.

We offer a safe, non-judgmental space

Our counselling program provides a respectful, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where individuals can complete required counselling virtually, while building skills, strengthening personal wellbeing, addressing challenges, and working toward meaningful and lasting positive change.

We believe mandated counselling can be more than simply fulfilling a requirement. It can also be an opportunity to better understand yourself, recognize personal strengths, develop healthier ways of coping and communicating, strengthen relationships, and build a more positive path forward.

Our approach is Indigenous-focused and culturally responsive, recognizing the important connections between healing, culture, identity, family, community, and lived experience.

We recognize that Indigenous individuals, families, and communities may continue to experience the impacts of colonization, intergenerational trauma, residential schools, the Sixties Scoop, displacement, and systemic barriers.

Where appropriate and welcomed by the individual, counselling can incorporate an Indigenous-informed perspective that respects culture, personal strengths, lived experience, and connection to family and community.

Our goal is to provide a space grounded in dignity, respect, accountability, and hope—supporting each person in meeting their counselling requirements while taking meaningful steps toward healing, wellness, and successful reintegration into the community.
