She handles NIHB direct billing and scheduling, coordinates our Tsuut’ina youth monthly cultural calendar, and keeps our social media presence fresh and engaging. She’s our Type A, organized powerhouse who keeps the behind-the-scenes magic running flawlessly—and somehow always knows what needs to happen before the rest of us do.

Please note all client documentation remains strictly confidential between client and clinician. However, with client’s informed consent, team members may consult with one another to support care planning, therapeutic interventions, or to explore referral options—either within or outside of the team. These consultations are conducted with the utmost respect for client privacy and are aimed at providing the most effective and cohesive care possible. Our T’suutina Counselling Team does work collaborative with CFS T’suutina and all documentation from this team is shared.

Born and raised in coastal British Columbia and now based in Calgary, Kellyanne brings warmth, humour, and deep clinical expertise to her counselling work. With a background in psychiatric nursing and over a decade of frontline experience, she now supports clients as a Canadian Certified Counsellor and Registered Clinical Counsellor.
Kellyanne works extensively with first responders, healthcare professionals, adolescents, and Indigenous youth—supporting those facing anxiety, trauma, burnout, and workplace stress. Her approach blends cognitive and dialectical behavioural techniques with family systems and narrative therapy, always through an anti-oppressive, culturally sensitive lens.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll find her falling out of yoga poses, lost in a mystery novel, or enjoying her favourite guilty pleasure—Real Housewives.
My practice is grounded in the belief that every person deserves a safe, supportive space to explore their inner world and reconnect with the people who matter most. Dependant on the needs of the individual, I integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques in practice, including Attachment, Strength and Trauma Based approaches, Play Therapy techniques, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Family Systems, and Gottman to create a personalized path to healing that honours each client’s unique journey.
My speciality is in helping individuals find their place within their “village”- the supportive networks that nurture personal growth, resilience, and healing. I am guided by the principle that true well-being emerges from meaningful relationships and believe working collaboratively with clients will guide them to foster deep, authentic connections with themselves and others.
Beyond the therapy room, you’ll find me relishing in my roles as a mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend, cheering from the basketball court sidelines, on family bike rides, or out camping!
I was born and raised in Calgary where I met my husband, who happened to grow up only a few communities away. I am a mother of one boy, who is the absolute best, most adorable little human! In my spare time I enjoy taking my fur baby to the dog park, visiting wit friends and family and reading. I love travelling, my husband is the planner of all of our trips and always includes fun (sometimes scary) new adventures like bungee jumping, scuba diving or zobing!
Payden spent her formative years in Central Alberta, working with children and youth via mentorship, drop in centres, summer camps, and sports camps. She moved to Calgary in 2021 to put her Psychiatric Nursing degree to work in Adolescent Psychiatry, Eating Disorder Care, and Psychiatric Emergency Services. In those contexts she was enthusiastic about leading small group discussions and teaching, but her passion has always been working one to one with others, helping them feel heard and empowered to reach their goals.
When she’s not on the clock, she loves snuggling her daughter, playing volleyball, going on family walks, and being silly with her husband. She has a puppy named “Gus” who is equally cute and mischievous. Some of her favourites are: Ice Caps, The Emperors New Groove, Survivor, and river floats!
Sonum is a Registered Psychiatric Nurse from northern BC with more than a decade of experience in mental health, crisis response, and education. She offers a calm, practical, and compassionate approach, supporting clients with mental health concerns, substance use, coping, and crisis stabilization. Her work is rooted in trauma‑informed, culturally respectful, client‑centred care.
Ashley is often found travelling the world, exploring new places, immersing herself in different cultures, and trying new foods along the way. She is passionate about mental health education, empowering others, and promoting the importance of self-care — while always looking forward to her next adventure.
If I am not working you can find me running with friends, travelling the world, reading, trying new cafes, and meditating. If there is an adventure to be had-I am there!
At the heart of my work is the belief that support should be provided in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space. I build collaborative relationships with families, creating an environment where questions are welcomed and each child’s unique strengths are recognized and nurtured.
In addition to assessment work, I support adolescents and adults through challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, self-esteem, and the impact of trauma. My approach is both evidence-based and deeply human: while I draw on proven therapy methods, I always keep each person’s lived experience at the center of the process.
Whether you are seeking answers through an assessment or looking for therapy support, my role is to guide and support you and your child with clarity, care, and practical direction every step of the way.
Nilu is a registered psychologist with extensive experience in psychotherapy. She has experience working in schools and community settings(shelters/group homes), supporting children, youth, and families through assessment, consultation, and therapy. Nilu takes a collaborative, trauma-informed approach and is passionate about helping individuals build resilience and reach their potential.
Nilu believes that mental health is just as important as physical health. Her empathetic nature, cultural awareness, and genuine curiosity make every interaction an insightful, supportive, and empowering experience.
Sheena brings warmth, creativity, and clinical expertise to her counselling work. With a Master’s in Clinical Social Work Practice and several years supporting children and youth and families in a variety of settings, she has built her career around helping individuals feel safe, seen, and understood.
She works with children, youth, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. Sheena often incorporates play and art-based approaches, creating space for clients to express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe. These creative methods are complemented by CBT and EMDR, all grounded in an attachment-based and trauma-informed lens. At the heart of her work is a strong focus on building trusting relationships, where healing and growth can take root.
Outside the therapy room, Sheena enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, curling up with a good book, exploring nature, and caring for her two pets.
My approach is person centred, relational, and collaborative. I place a lot of value on building genuine connection with clients because I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the work. I am intentional about creating a space that feels warm and genuine meeting the person where they are at. I’m patient and flexible and recognize that change doesn’t happen on a perfect timeline. I also believe there is room for humour in therapy. Life can be heavy and therapy doesn’t always have to feel heavy too.
Personally, I love spending time with friends and family, my dogs, playing board games, being active and the flavours, dill pickle, chai and pumpkin (not together haha).
Liz is often found travelling the world, influencing culture, society and norms one post at a time. She is passionate about advocacy, education and her next vacation destination.
I was born in Taiwan and moved to Calgary with my family when I was 13, which gave me the experience of growing up between two cultures. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Alberta, as well as my nursing diploma at Prairie Bible College, where I also had the opportunity to travel and play basketball on the college team. I completed my Masters in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University.
I also spent some time serving in the Taiwanese military before returning to Calgary. For the past five years, I have been working as a Licensed Practical Nurse in adolescent mental health.
Outside of work, I am a huge sports fan – whether it’s cheering on my favourite teams (Go Bills!), managing my fantasy league, or playing on various basketball, baseball, and volleyball teams myself. I’m also a proud dad to a new baby and an energetic dog who keeps life fun and busy. My family and I enjoy going on walks at the dog park, hiking, watching movies, and eating delicious food.
Michelle can usually be seen in an oversized cardigan, a toque and coffee in hand ready to discuss anything from the best puzzle, to how big an elephant barn would need to be. This girl doesn’t go anywhere without a lunch, dinner and six snacks being prepared- and does she have a favourite- granola? Probably.
I am currently completing my degree in Community Rehabilitation and Disability Studies, and I have always been passionate about supporting children, youth, and families. My passion for this work started when I was growing up with my best friend, who has Down syndrome. Watching the challenges they faced and the impact that supportive people could have inspired me to pursue a career where I can help others live fulfilling, meaningful, and inclusive lives.
My own life experiences have also shaped who I am today. Becoming independent at a young age and navigating significant personal challenges has taught me resilience, empathy, and the importance of having someone who genuinely listens and cares. These experiences help me connect with others in a compassionate and non-judgmental way while creating a safe and supportive environment.
I believe every young person deserves to feel heard, respected, and accepted for who they are. I enjoy building strong relationships through creativity, humour, patience, and kindness. Whether we’re exploring the community, trying new activities, or simply having someone to talk to, my goal is to help children and youth feel confident, supported, and empowered while celebrating their individual strengths.

Outside of her professional life, Kristie finds balance and joy in nature—whether through leisurely walks, slow-paced runs, gardening, or hiking. Her favorite self-care activities include soaking in a bubble bath and getting lost in a good book.
On his days off, you’ll probably find him deep into a video game, confidently pretending he knows how to use power tools, or “fixing” things around the house that somehow stay broken anyway.
