Play & Art Therapy

For children and youth

Children and youth often express themselves best through play and creative expression — especially when words are hard to find.

Our Play and Art Therapy services provide a safe, supportive environment where young clients can explore their emotions, process experiences, and build healthy coping skills in a way that feels natural and engaging.

Using age-appropriate therapeutic techniques

Our trained clinicians support children in navigating challenges such as anxiety, trauma, grief, behavioral concerns, family changes, and more. Through the use of toys, storytelling, drawing, painting, and other creative tools, children can communicate their inner world, develop emotional awareness, and gain a sense of control and resilience.

Play and art therapy are evidence-informed, trauma-sensitive, and tailored to meet the developmental needs of each child. Parents and caregivers are often included in the process to help strengthen family connections and support the child’s growth outside of sessions.
